Documents, folders, full-text and AI search via /api/v1 — authenticated with a per-company API key (Bearer).

Blina Space is a SaaS platform for managing business documents with a built-in AI assistant. You can search, organize, summarize, translate, analyze and compare documents, and chat with your team — all in one place.
How is my data stored and kept separate?
Every company gets its own dedicated database (database-per-tenant architecture). One company's data is never mixed with another's, and it's stored on servers in the European Union, GDPR compliant. Every file is scanned by antivirus on upload.
What can the AI assistant do?
The AI assistant can summarize long reports, translate documents into any language, analyze content, and compare versions or contracts. It works only with your company's documents and never uses them to train external models.
Can I try it for free?

Which file formats are supported?
PDF, Word (DOCX), Excel (XLSX), PowerPoint (PPTX), images and many more formats. OCR extracts text from PDFs and scanned images, so everything is searchable.
